The Legal Director will provide leadership on legal strategy across Evergreen’s portfolio, manage external counsel and legal partnerships, and help shape policy and legal frameworks. A successful candidate will craft legal memos, position papers, and regulatory comments, advise on legally sensitive communications, and stay abreast of policy developments. The role also involves overseeing the work of managers, associates, fellows, interns, and external partners.

Legal Ops Reviewers help ensure that the demand letters we deliver to our clients are accurate, effective, and high quality. Reviewers check that demand letters drafted by our associates adhere to drafting standards.
