Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate information for Product Owner prioritization and guides stakeholders in business requirement development.
- Partners with development teams on functional specifications and maintains integrity of user stories in the backlog.
- Anticipates and remediates discrepancies during work breakdown and ensures effective representation of requirements.
Collaboration and Delivery:
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to define deliverables that meet or exceed Product Owner expectations.
- Leads creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinates execution, including test bed data requirements.
- Assists agile teams with internal test execution, documenting results, and tracking defects.
Support and Analysis:
- Produces comprehensive documentation of business logic and technical functionality for user reference.
- Assists in production support through triage, root cause analysis, and proposing efficient solutions.
- Evaluates third-party partner functionality to identify opportunities meeting business needs.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years' relevant work experience, plus 2+ years on an agile team.
- Preferred insurance product knowledge and experience with clients, along with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, SQL, Excel, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
