Responsibilities:

Ensures accurate information for Product Owner prioritization and guides stakeholders in business requirement development.
Partners with development teams on functional specifications and maintains integrity of user stories in the backlog.
Anticipates and remediates discrepancies during work breakdown and ensures effective representation of requirements.

Collaboration and Delivery:

Collaborates with key stakeholders to define deliverables that meet or exceed Product Owner expectations.
Leads creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinates execution, including test bed data requirements.
Assists agile teams with internal test execution, documenting results, and tracking defects.

Support and Analysis:

Produces comprehensive documentation of business logic and technical functionality for user reference.
Assists in production support through triage, root cause analysis, and proposing efficient solutions.
Evaluates third-party partner functionality to identify opportunities meeting business needs.

Qualifications and Environment:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years' relevant work experience, plus 2+ years on an agile team.
Preferred insurance product knowledge and experience with clients, along with strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, SQL, Excel, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
