About the Role:
- Senior PM, Member Product, reporting to VP Digital Product + Ecommerce.
- Owns post-purchase retention, cross-sell, and engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Define member journey strategy and run short-cycle experiments.
- Partner with design, engineering, brand, and growth on member experiences.
- Build data-grounded roadmap and membership value architecture.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years product management, depth in subscription/retention.
- Analytical fluency in cohorts, LTV, experiment design.
- Clear communicator; sets direction and navigates ambiguity.
