Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
Requirements:
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Iowa licenses: LISW, LMFT, LMHC, CADC, IADC or IAADC
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
