Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during patient sessions and team meetings.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling clinical documentation.
  • Ability to quickly respond to emergencies
