Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during patient sessions and team meetings.
- Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling clinical documentation.
- Ability to quickly respond to emergencies
