Compliance Director

The Compliance Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance risk management strategies.

• Designs and implements governance structure, internal control framework, strategic priorities and strategic vision for interdependent elements of the compliance program.
• Designs and coordinates strategies and activities to ensure the effective and efficient performance of the interdependent elements of the compliance program.
• Develops strategies and oversees the development of tactical approaches to deliver compliance services to the organization.
• Manages a team of employees or third-party service providers by providing direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure proper execution and performance management.
• Stays apprised of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practice standards applicable to the consumer compliance risk management system.
