Core Responsibilities:
- Map payer/plan and HCP/provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies.
- Research and QC mappings; assign confidence ratings.
- Maintain data quality dashboards and governance documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field with 3-5 years experience.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data governance.
- US healthcare data and MDM tool experience preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Reltio, Informatica, or other MDM tools.
- Snowflake familiarity.
