Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across the Migration Intelligence and Automation platform.
- Monitor datasets, validate outputs, and perform investigations to identify discrepancies and anomalies.
- Collaborate with architects and external teams to track and validate resolution of data issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with strong SQL skills; 3+ years of experience.
- Understanding of data pipelines and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments, Active Directory, networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Experience with process improvement and resolving complex data quality issues.
- Ability to establish rapport and gain trust across teams; commitment to continuous improvement.
