The Risk Team is responsible for building the defense layer that keeps CloudWalk, its merchants, and users safe. This role involves creating and operating fraud prevention processes, including daily analyses, KPIs control, automation opportunities, and customer satisfaction. The expectation is to raise operation standards and come up with new ideas for improvements with a team of analysts and engineers.

Collaborate with Ops teams to increase operational efficiency and scale business effectively. Take ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously and building/maintaining data pipelines. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate insights, and develop user-friendly dashboards to drive action and support decision-making.
