Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Audit and document data flows between MyAlkami, PingIdentity, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Identify missing, mismatched, duplicate, or outdated data and recommend corrections.
• Design forms and workflows to capture accurate information at the point of entry.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with structured data in spreadsheets and learning new platforms quickly.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about system integrations and experience with Salesforce preferred.
