What You’ll Do:
- Build and audit client sites, including benefit plan rules, plan details, rates, and enrollment rules.
- Test client sites to ensure proper system functionality and quality.
- Import client data into the system and ensure data accuracy throughout implementation.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 2+ years of client-facing experience in analysis and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem-solve, and operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
