Business Analyst II

Job Summary:

• Under moderate supervision, perform research, analysis, and resolution of moderate to complex deductible and loss-billing issues for GRS accounts.
• Partner across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, IT, Helmsman and external stakeholders to drive accurate billing outcomes.
• Support control and process improvements, and contribute to operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct or direct loss billing activities within the Loss Billing Unit for moderate to complex GRS accounts.
• Comply with financial and quality assurance controls to ensure accurate and timely operational results.
• Participate in and lead team projects to implement changes and drive process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Displays effective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant business analysis work.
