Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and technical support for delinquency processes, automating tasks and managing manual reporting.
- Analyze and report on complex receivables while improving tracking tools and supporting Finance management.

Qualifications:
- Bring 3+ years of experience with integrated business systems handling claims, membership, billing, and customer service.
- Demonstrate very strong analytical skills and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite adeptly and lead effective meetings, presentations, and project teams.
