Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to identify and understand benefit plan requirements and build pharmacy benefit plans.
- Aid in organizing benefit configuration and structure, monitoring plan data integrity, and maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules.
- Support new client implementations, conduct go-live testing and post-auditing to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in payer/claims and benefit configuration required.
- Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a solutions-oriented and execution-focused ethos.
