The Flex /HRA Technical Analyst provides quality service by timely and accurately reviewing/ entering and/or modifying flex/hra eligibility/payroll data in the flex/ hra proprietary system according to established procedure and client requirements. This position is also responsible for responding to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries from clients, brokers and co-workers in regards to eligibility, payroll, plan parameters and implementation.
