Senior Counsel Houston Operations

We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Senior Counsel to provide strategic and operational legal support across our business. This role will be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, ensuring the company’s operations remain compliant while enabling growth and innovation. The Senior Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, working cross-functionally with operations, finance, HR, and product teams to manage legal risk and support commercial objectives. You will provide practical legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on matters including commercial contracts, data protection, employment, and corporate governance. You will also draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners.
