Job Description
ServiceNow Developer needed for a part-time remote contract position. Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSC, IRM, CSM) to align with business requirements. Design, code, and implement ServiceNow solutions using scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and UI customizations.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft), MID servers, and ETL tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work with ServiceNow support teams to resolve complex development-related challenges. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development standards, and integration guides. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to enhance development processes.
