Healthcare Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the OBGYN doctor and the software development team to capture and clarify all platform requirements.
• Support the integration of the platform with third-party healthcare systems and conduct thorough testing based on clinical specifications.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

• This is a full-time, fully remote position requiring work during evening or night shifts.
• The role demands high self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication via phone, email, and messaging is essential for coordinating with professionals.

Qualifications & Preferences:

• A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or a related field is required, coupled with at least one year of experience in healthcare or medical settings.
• Prior experience with hospital or clinic software is a significant advantage, and strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Female candidates are preferred for this project due to its specific focus on gynecology-related healthcare.
