Shape and drive the technical strategy and vision for the group, aligning the group’s objectives with the company’s. Own the group’s delivery, driving predictable progress through proactive risk identification and mitigation. Champion continuous improvement and innovation, using principles like continuous delivery, SRE, and DevOps to enhance our delivery speed and quality. Foster a highly engaged, collaborative and psychologically safe environment in the teams you oversee. Play a key role in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining great engineering talent. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, data, and business, to define and achieve a data-informed roadmap. Lead, coach, mentor, and support Engineering Mangers and Staff Engineers in achieving their full potential.
