Job Description

Beyondsoft is looking for a Tier 1 support specialist for a remote based positon in India, which is a long term contract based position for one of our reputed client in Redmond WA. The candidate should have good communication skills and relevant customer support experience. The role involves handling Tier 1 support, with email-based communication with customers. Candidates should have previous ASMS (Azure Service Management Support) experience. Previous experience or working at Microsoft for Mindtree, Sonata, or Infosys background for Azure or M365 customer service is a big plus.
