Finance Associate

We’re hiring a Finance Associate to provide hands-on support across payments, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. This is a critical role ensuring financial stability, liquidity, and accuracy as Fanvue scales rapidly. You’ll take ownership of core finance operations — from accounts payable to cash management — while driving process improvements and supporting automation. Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, approvals, and payments. Maintain and reconcile bank accounts; manage internal transfers and pay runs. Monitor cash balances and provide ad hoc liquidity analysis. Support month-end close through reconciliations, reporting, and analysis. Assist with VAT returns and liaise with accountants on bookkeeping queries. Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met in a high-risk financial environment.
