Job Description

Responsible for strategy, execution, experimentation, and measurement across HubSpot. Own the email channel roadmap and continually identify opportunities to improve engagement. Testing plans across copy, design, segmentation, and send logic.

Building dashboards and reports to track performance. Working closely with marketing ops and analytics to ensure data accuracy. Implementing data-driven improvements that drive measurable lifts in engagement.

Build and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention. Translating audience insights, product behaviors, and lifecycle signals into targeted messaging. Owning end-to-end email execution in HubSpot.
