This role involves assisting in the design, execution, and refinement of the FEE customer experience for 1-day programs by overseeing virtual and in-person program logistics such as seminar schedules, curriculum, speaker selection and online platform registration. Responsibilities include handling logistics, communicating with speakers and attendees, ensuring educational content meets standards, refining program planning processes, tracking relevant metrics, maintaining accurate reporting in SalesForce, and working closely with the Director on new projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with Google Workspace and CRM technology, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail; also should have a commitment to FEE's mission.
