Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting our real estate services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and be eager to contribute to the development of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for the company. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. The role also develops and manages marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content. Also, supporting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities is critical, including organizing and managing marketing events and promotions. Coordinating with vendors and service providers ensures timely delivery of marketing materials, tracking and analyzing campaign performance will assess effectiveness to then recommend improvements. Maintaining marketing databases and digital files ensures accurate records.
