Dine Source is seeking an Applications Programmer to provide application programming and sustainment support for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) DAAS D-BX Implementation. This position participates in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of computer programs that meet end-user requirements. The Applications Programmer assists systems analysts and designers in researching, documenting, and translating user needs into program specifications, as well as modifying existing applications to improve functionality or correct errors. The role supports modernization and sustainment efforts within an Agile and DevSecOps environment. Application Sustainment & Development includes assisting with sustainment lifecycle management, participating in designing software tools and subsystems, analyzing objectives and problems, translating solutions into program specifications, and testing applications. Modernization & Integration means supporting APIs, developing automation using low-code/no-code BPMN tools, and helping with Agile efforts. Collaboration & Compliance involves implementing solutions, preparing documentation, and supporting adherence to requirements.
