Responsibilities:

  • Act as senior technical point of contact for data exchange negotiations.
  • Own inbound data quality, establishing standards and rejection criteria.
  • Monitor file exchange workflows and maintain SLA awareness.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in data operations or technical client success, ideally in healthcare SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with SFTP/MFT and healthcare data formats (EDI, HL7, FHIR).
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive quality ownership and process improvement mindset.

The Team:

  • Partner with Data Management Associate for coverage and capability building.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product on integration specs and tooling.
  • Attend client-facing meetings as needed to align data operations with commitments.
