Responsibilities:
- Act as senior technical point of contact for data exchange negotiations.
- Own inbound data quality, establishing standards and rejection criteria.
- Monitor file exchange workflows and maintain SLA awareness.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in data operations or technical client success, ideally in healthcare SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with SFTP/MFT and healthcare data formats (EDI, HL7, FHIR).
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive quality ownership and process improvement mindset.
The Team:
- Partner with Data Management Associate for coverage and capability building.
- Collaborate with engineering and product on integration specs and tooling.
- Attend client-facing meetings as needed to align data operations with commitments.
