Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and controls.
- Your mission is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial guidance for organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly and annual close process, including review and supervision of the corporate accountant.
- Oversee payroll, A/P, A/R, fund reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany schedules.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to support rapid expansion.
Who You Are:
- CPA is a must, with working knowledge of IFRS and at least 10 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with CIRO financial reporting requirements, including Form 1 reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with system conversions such as Sage to QBO.
