Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer at Phantom, you will be a key member of the Growth & Engagement squad, owning the design, implementation, and optimization of user-facing growth features. This includes action cards, referral flows, push-notification experiences, Phantom Pro upsells, and onboarding enhancements. Collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams is essential to transform hypotheses into polished, performant, and A/B-test-ready interfaces. Responsibilities also include building reusable component libraries and instrumenting every feature for real-time analytics and rapid iteration. Your role involves shipping multiple end-to-end growth UI features per quarter, integrating feature-flags for UI experiments, and maintaining a reusable component library. You'll emit structured events for every feature and collaborate with Data to validate pipelines and dashboards. Optimizing first-paint times and maintaining low production error rates are also key, along with participating in front-end on-call rotation. We are focused on creating a unified, multi-chain crypto experience for users, supporting Solana, Ethereum, Polygon and Bitcoin with more networks to come.
