Job Description

As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders you will take part in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You will receive training to be fully versed on the Sharebite order platform, learn restaurant dynamics and operations, as well as develop Customer Support best-practices. This is a specialized role that is responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of daily Group Orders by being the ultimate resource for both our clients, and our restaurant partners.

You will work directly with restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues, respond to customer emails & phone calls, and ensure Group Order operations are adhered to. You will constructively handle order escalations and customer complaints, and develop strategies to support rapid team and platform growth.
