Job Description
How you'll add value:
- Cultivate a high-performing team by leading, mentoring, and developing Salesforce engineers.
- Align admins, engineers, and analysts around a cohesive Salesforce roadmap and delivery model.
- Own the technical vision for the Salesforce platform in support of GTM and Customer 360 priorities.
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform across engineering, development, or architecture roles.
- 2–4+ years of experience directly managing or leading Salesforce engineers or technical teams.
- Proven track record designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and at least one of: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or custom apps.
Essential Skills:
- Deep expertise with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integration patterns) and strong understanding of declarative capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and/or event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience implementing and operating DevOps/CI/CD for Salesforce, including version control, automated testing, and environment management.
