Senior AI Software Engineer, Agentic Systems & Data Fabric

About the role:

• The Data Fabric team builds a multi-tenant, multi-cloud data platform on Databricks to connect, govern, secure, and discover data for supply chain and AI products.
• You will design and implement execution patterns, tool-calling infrastructure, and runtime guardrails for agentic workflows operating on enterprise-grade data.

What you will do:

• Build core services and reusable runtimes that connect LLMs and agents to governed data on Databricks.
• Wire agent workflows into Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and multi-cloud pipelines across GCP and Azure.
• Ship production-ready APIs, SDKs, reference implementations, and runbooks for team adoption.

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record in workflow orchestration, system design, and production platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, state management, and closed-loop reliability.
• Deep proficiency in Python, including asynchronous services and developer SDKs.
