The role:
- Build a reusable internal app framework with auth, hosting, CI/CD, logging, observability, and alerting defaults.
- Create tools that support cross-org efforts like roadmapping, headcount management, and business reporting.
- Own projects from scoping through rollout and adoption, working with platform leads and business teams.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, deploying to cloud with containers and CI/CD, and working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Sound judgment on build, buy, and integrate decisions, plus experience integrating SaaS products and APIs.
