Job Responsibilities:
- Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Lead risk management, controls, and coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.
- Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including contracts and performance oversight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Risk, or related field; ten years experience in governance, risk, or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to drive continuous improvement of controls.
- Experience leading teams and supervising employees in technology governance.
