RCM Account Manager

The RCM Account Manager at Osmind is responsible for owning the financial performance and billing success of a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinics. Acting as the primary liaison between clinics and internal billing teams, you’ll help translate RCM performance and identify potential gaps causing revenue issues with clinic stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative stakeholders. It is a high-impact, client-facing position critical to delivering a best-in-class experience and maximizing collections for our partner practices. Account Ownership: Serve as the day-to-day RCM liaison for assigned clinics and own client communication regarding billing performance, denial trends, payer issues, and operational questions. Establish trust and strong relationships with clinic stakeholders, including practice owners, clinicians, and administrative staff. Revenue Performance Management: Monitor and report on KPIs, including net collection rate (NCR), days in AR, clean claims rate, and first pass resolution rate. Identify and escalate issues with coding, documentation, front desk, or other clinic operations processes that impact revenue. Lead monthly performance reviews with clients. Workflow Optimization & Collaboration: Work with internal product and engineering teams to suggest improvements to EHR & practice management and automation tooling. Partner with internal billing operations to triage and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments.
