About the Role:
- Join a product team building an industrial workforce marketplace and AI tools for supply chain operations.
- Shape core staffing workflows and help develop production-ready AI agents that complete meaningful work.
What You'll Do:
- Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering, product, and machine learning teams to ship solutions.
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
- Design agents that reason through workflows, use tools, maintain context, and execute tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Three to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, and experience using AI assistants as part of your daily workflow.
- Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, recruiting, multi-sided platforms, or AI products.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
