Job Description
Lead and scale a high-performing design team across multiple disciplines (UX, UI, product design, visual), ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in design output across product lines and markets. Shape the design roadmap and elevate product experiences through strong creative leadership as well as build systems, rituals, and standards that enable designers across regions to do their best work.
Manage and mentor a growing team of designers across disciplines and seniority levels; Develop and maintain the design system, toolkits, and brand-aligned UI/UX standards. Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive, user-centered experience across all touchpoints. Foster a strong design culture of critique, collaboration, and experimentation.
