The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring agent and agency compliance with CMS regulations while supporting business growth through comprehensive monitoring, training, and quality assurance programs. They will lead our enhanced compliance monitoring system, conduct regular assessments of agent performance, and provide targeted remediation support to ensure all agents maintain high standards of regulatory compliance. This role combines traditional compliance support with proactive quality assurance through our tiered monitoring system and data-driven performance analysis.
The position will report to the Medicare Training & Compliance Supervisor and partner closely across our Platform, Contracting, Finance, and Sales teams to maintain the highest standards of compliance across our agent network. The specialist will conduct regular compliance assessments, monitor CTM rates, perform quality assurance reviews, manage tier assignments, develop corrective action plans, and track compliance metrics. Agent support includes assisting with carrier audits, providing guidance on Medicare and compliance questions, and delivering targeted remediation training. They will also review marketing materials, ensure CMS compliance, and contribute to the development of Medicare training programs.
