Project Manager - Product

Role Overview:

• A position within the Product Organization responsible for managing the launch of new and enhanced products.
• Partners with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to plan, organize, and execute project plans for product launches.
• Oversees product design, development, training, and market launch from initial approval to General Availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all product launch phases meet gates and timing, with appropriate approvals and documented dependencies.
• Manage product builds and cross-functional work, including timelines, coordination, and change management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalate issues as needed, and facilitate weekly status meetings and reports.

Additional Duties:

• Assess, implement, and train on product launch tools to manage and report on launches.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively across departments and adapt to changing conditions to deliver expected results.
