Responsibilities:
- Run L10 and other internal standups, turning them into a live project board
- Building a process inventory across exec, delivery and sales; spotting gaps
- Owning task/board tools (Planner/equivalent) and keeping work moving
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a BPO, corporate, or consulting environment
- Proven project/program management skills: running recurring meetings, owning project boards, and driving deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating with senior executives.
Secondary:
- Proactively manage executive calendars and resolve conflicts
- Build initial sales decks and materials using templates
- Draft content for decks using an AI brand-story framework
