Engineering Manager-Operations Backbone

Lead one of the engineering teams and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the end user’s needs. You will own the team’s delivery, driving predictable progress through proactive risk identification and mitigation, while ensuring clear, timely communication with stakeholders at every stage. Champion continuous improvement and innovation, using principles like continuous delivery, SRE, and DevOps to enhance our delivery speed and quality. Coordinate incident response and ensure each incident becomes a learning opportunity.
