What You’ll Do:
- Build an application that connects to external CRM systems, extracts data, and prepares it for migration.
- Design workflows for cleaning, mapping, and validating complex data before import.
- Own the platform end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with data migration, ETL, and integrating with external APIs.
- Ability to work with messy datasets and strong ownership mindset.
What Success Looks Like:
- Newly acquired agencies can be migrated faster with fewer manual steps.
- Data quality issues are detected early and handled safely.
- The migration process becomes more automated, auditable, and scalable.
