Responsibilities:

  • Work with business departments to understand processes and needs, identifying opportunities for analysis and improvement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses using statistical and machine learning algorithms to improve decision-making.
  • Create monitoring procedures and reports for implemented projects and identify areas for accuracy and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science or related field; Master's or actuarial credentials preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data mining and statistical analysis, with strong SQL and Python/R/SAS skills.
  • Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and insurance or financial services is a plus.
