About the opportunity:
- Build the shared AI platform powering agents across every Xplor product.
- Work on agent runtime, model gateway, retrieval, guardrails, and cost controls.
- Partner with product teams to ship AI features quickly and safely.
What you'll do:
- Build reliable agent workflows with multi-agent handoffs, long-running tasks, and human approval.
- Improve document retrieval with hybrid search, reranking, and vision models.
- Design reusable UI components, SDKs, and integrations for product teams.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years shipping production software with strong Python, FastAPI, and async experience.
- Solid TypeScript and React skills, plus experience with LLMs in production.
- Experience with vector databases, PostgreSQL, multi-tenant SaaS, and AWS.
