Associate Solution Architect

The Associate Solution Architect is responsible for leading project discovery and solution design. The role acts as a subject matter expert in both the insurance industry and the Origami product. Responsibilities include assisting with pre-sales engagements, consulting with clients to design solutions to meet their business needs, providing guidance and support to the Origami implementation teams, and working cross-functionally to establish best practices and provide insight to the product roadmap. The Associate Solution Architect plans and leads initial solution design discovery sessions. They are responsible for the overall strategy and high-level design for implementation projects. They design, document, and communicate architecture and solutions to client and Origami team members, and communicate and transition information gathered during pre-sales engagement to project team. The role also provides guidance and direction on solution design, configuration, and best practices to Technical Consultants and other implementation team members. They collaborate with product, development, service, and operations to establish and maintain design and configuration best practices, reusable standard configurations, documentation, and training materials.
