-Handle high-complexity property insurance claims.

-Manage medium-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims.

-Investigate and assess damage to determine settlement amounts.

Negotiation and Settlement:

-Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing.

-Settle claims in accordance with organizational standards and contract terms.

-Develop solutions and enter into agreements with clients and third parties.

Client Relations:

-Serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients.

-Advise and assist clients throughout the claims process.

-Represent Desjardins and ensure client satisfaction.
