Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnership with TikTok's shop and category teams to secure early adoption of new features and integrations.
- Drive the strategy for the TikTok Affiliate Center, managing creator relationships and full-funnel programming to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with creative teams to optimize product pages with native video content that converts viewers into buyers.
Success Metrics:
- Track KPIs including GMV via Affiliate vs. Organic, Creator Collaboration Rate, and Shop Health Ratings.
- Ensure operational integrity by meeting TikTok's fulfillment SLAs and maintaining top-tier seller ratings to avoid account suppression.
- Build financial models to forecast the impact of viral trends on inventory turnover and social commerce velocity.
Required Experience:
- Prior expertise in TikTok Shop or similar social-selling environments like Instagram Shopping.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes conversations with external partners and internal executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L, accounting for creator commissions and platform fees.
