- Oracle Engagement Cloud consultant with Redwood (NGS) experience.
- Team player willing to cross-train and obtain certifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design application using Redwood and modify Redwood pages.
- Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per design provided by Team Leader.
- Own development responsibility from definition through delivery.
Competency Requirements:
- 4+ years implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
- Experience with all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) and Redwood UI.
- Knowledge of functional modules like Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Engagement Cloud Service Request.
