What You'll Do:
- Lead community engagement strategies to build trust and support for energy projects across Minnesota.
- Identify stakeholders, assess sentiment, and develop proactive engagement plans.
- Facilitate public meetings and coordinate with local officials and community organizations.
Who You Are:
- Relationship-driven professional with at least five years of community relations experience.
- Strong communicator with excellent public speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to navigate sensitive discussions and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Annual base salary of $105,400–$143,200.
