Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-sales flows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end agent experiences across shopping, ads & after-sales.
- Owning the roadmap & delivering AI-powered product features.
- Shaping and improving the agentic architecture.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in AI products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompting, structured reasoning, and retrieval systems.
- Experience with AI/ML teams on model evaluation, tuning, and reliability monitoring.
