Licensed Clinical Therapist - WA License Remote

Maven is seeking a mission-driven and empathetic mental health provider with a Washington license to deliver virtual care services. This remote role offers the opportunity to connect with members worldwide, enhancing healthcare access on a global scale. As a Maven provider, you will engage with members through 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging, addressing a range of issues such as pregnancy, postpartum challenges, peri-menopause, menopause, adoption, surrogacy, fertility, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing brief solution-focused therapy techniques to provide immediate support, equipping clients with practical tools and skills. You will document encounter summaries in the MPractice system and collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure comprehensive member support, including referrals for in-person care when necessary. Serving as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, you will champion culturally humble care, reinforcing the belief that improved outcomes for women and families contribute to a better world. The role requires an unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) in Washington, 3+ years of independent experience, U.S. residency, and the ability to dedicate 5 or 10 hours per week to direct member care. Proficiency in telehealth is essential, along with ownership of an iOS device and a reliable laptop with robust internet access.
